Mike Mayock was the first announcer who made me turn the volume off. I have never been as irritated by a colour man as I was when he was doing the NFL Network games. Every play led to a monologue whose subtext seemed to be - "there is more to all of this than you will ever understand."

I for one am very happy to see the Raiders' idiocy in hiring two lousy colour guys to run the team blow up big time. Couldn't have happened to a shittier franchise - and as I've said before, I am very thankful that I do not pay taxes in Clark County. I'd rather my money go for schools, roads and street festivals than to enrich the triumvirate of idiots who run this 3-13 team.
