That's waaaaaaay too early for me, man. :D
The reason I made a poor assumption is that the handball rule was talked about so much, I figured at some point we'd have heard or seen the goal kick thing come up. I'm actually kind of shocked I hadn't seen someone orchestrate that move, because you know how tuned in I would be to something like that.
the US men played the kick a few times against Curacao on Sunday. Short ball across the goal to a back who then found bradley who tried to connect another pass.
Also have a corporate team that plays at the soccerplex on Tuesday nights (game tonight at 10). Not sure what our team policy is on non-employees (company foots the bill)
I would have benched her for Press in the Spain game. Kind of a weird move to bench her when she has scored all 4 knockout round goals, but not a drop off in talent at this point. Is she nursing an injury, tired, or just a tactical move? I can't imagine Ellis is taking the media coverage into account. Maybe Trump threatened to revoke her visa?

You guys need a keeper? Otherwise, i'm so out of shape i'm seriously worried i'd drop dead. Skiing a few months ago at altitude was a BITCH.

The Fox pregame coverage really is shit. Not that I'm blaming them for not knowing about this earlier, but the analysts are all crap.
Until everything is less insane, I'm mixing weed with wine.
Maybe, but the Fox numpties made no mention of the fact that England's strength is their right (our left), and Ellis subbed out Pinoe and Mewis there for Press and Horan. I'm totally fine with the move.

She didn't warm up, apparently... That's an injury, not a decision.
Right, she's not even an option as a sub it would appear. Hope she's ready for Sunday if the US win today. Even being able to go 30 minutes on Sunday would be a big deal.

England are going to be seeing Tobin Heath in their nightmares for years to come. She is a terror down the right side today. More so than usual.
They might have to burn a sub to figure that out.
They might should just try to sneak a 12th player out there.
You know what you need? A lyrical sucker punch to the face.

Nobody picked up the two in the middle. That's Crappy Defense in Every Sport 101.
The thing is, they were being attacked ferociously there. Shitty marking often happens when the other team is making you bust ass just to get into the box.

I will admit to losing interest in that game, so I obviously missed it.
