The R for the LSU-Alabama game is an acquaintance of mine. He lives in the Northern VA area, son plays lacrosse, and we got him out officiating lacrosse with our association this past spring.

Don't worry, his four-game suspension has been reduced to two, meaning he'll sit out games against (checks notes) Maryland and Rutgers, but be back in time for when Ohio State plays (checks notes) Penn State and Michigan.

Totally on the up-and-up.

This guy seems legit and if true this kind of hip injury is apparently career threatening.

Man, it's great to beat the ever loving shit out of State.

Fuck that program, fuck that coach. Nice people go to MSU, but they are now staring at the wrong side of this rivalry and given recruiting trends...

We are back on the orbit I am accustomed to. All is right again.

ESPN now reporting the same regarding Tua’s injury. That’s a pretty terrible injury and it’s absolutely ridiculous that the NCAA’s amateurism model means that Tua’s career could be irreparably damaged before earning a single paycheck. The guy is the best QB in the history of the biggest of all powerhouse programs, and surely generated a ton or revenue for Bama and the NCAA just from his performance in the second half of the 2018 title game alone.

Good for them. Harvard and Yale use that game as a centerpiece of their fundraising efforts so it’s a smart move for the protestors to counter with their message in favor of fossil fuel divestment.

If you told me after the Wiskey game that MI would have a punchers chance against Ohio, I would've farted at you.

After the last 4 games?

The offense is clicking and the D is flying. Not predicting a win, but a month ago, I wasn't even going to tune in. Now I'm paying attention, at least.

I'm also psyched the game isn't airing on Fox.

So incredibly tired of the same narratives being trotted out, different graphics all telling me how a coach that has a chance to go 4 of 5 years with 10 wins is some kind of disappointing failure.

But for one of the flukiest flukes in all the land, he's 4 of 5 against MSU. And by all appearances, (in-state) recruiting being a huge factor, the pendulum has swung all the way back to MI domination of this rivalry.

I get that he needs to beat OSU. Of course. But from what he inherited, and where OSU is as a program these days (top 5 elite level)... Most fans with functional cognitive abilities see this for what it is.

Ole Miss with an all-time ridiculous loss tonight. Down 21-14 to Miss St with seconds remaining, score TD, pretend to piss like a dog in endzone, get penalized, then miss the XP.

People that think Harbaugh isn't an M lifer just don't get it. Not that he'll ever beat OSU, but folks that want to pontificate don't really understand.

M will NEVER fire Harbaugh. And unless he just gets super frustrated by the disparity, this is Jim's DREAM JOB.

If you paid any amount of attention to me when they were recruiting Harbaugh you'd know I'm extremely consistent on this. You have to grow up in Ann Arbor during the Bo years to get it. You are brainwashed, straight up.

Yeah Harbaugh isn’t going anywhere unless he wants an NFL job. He may or may not but there’s literally zero chance he’s fired. Literally zero and I know what literally means.

Right? I mean there’s unquestionably talent there but this is not a team that should be picked over most one-loss teams.
