I voted though tell whoever is running this thing that they need to look into some real online voting tools, say from a company like
Second Street perhaps.

Awhile back I applied for an annual
New Western Talent exhibit which I was fairly confident I'd get juried in, and then ended up getting Best in Show. I've known this for a week and am still processing it. Some really amazing work in there that makes my imposter syndrome kick in pretty hard. Pretty stoked though!

I'm not positive, but atleast for the bigger one it looks to me like he used watercolor, water-based metallics, and ink on 300 lb cold-pressed watercolor paper.

The ones on wood are still painted w/ watercolor. There's a treatment I use so the wood doesn't suck up all the pigment.

Yeah, that was some cool shit. I'm about this close from deleting Facebook, but stuff like that is the only reason I keep it around.

Sweet. Thanks guys. I don't really like engaging on FB either so no worries. Fun project and a
cool venue to check out if you're ever in Denver. Looks like they're just now populating their concert schedule but I imagine they'll get some good acts.
