I think I can name all of the teams. If this was 1994, I could name 15 players on every team, easy. Looking at that list, I recognize 1 name. I think I know what team he played for, but that could have been 10 years ago, so hopefully someone else on that list plays for this team. Or I'll just guess a team that I think made the playoffs.

I once joked that if they cancelled MLB, the NBA or NHL that I wouldn't even notice. Turns out, that's true. It's amazing with all of the entertainment and media options how easy it is to completely tune out any of the major sports. I never would have thought that was possible, and as a kid following sports was everything.

My memory is slipping... I was thinking about the team I thought the player I knew played for, and realized I actually watched that team lose an OT game last year (won't explain why as it might tip someone off). Afterwards, realized the name I recognized didn't play on that team last year, and the reason I knew his name wasn't from playing in the NHL. I used to have a great memory, arguably photographic, this is somewhat concerning.

Even if I had thought ahead to try that on the first night, you were the first one so you had to fly solo. I guess I could track down the dregs of society that don't play Swampcrash, but yuck.
