Same thing happened to my wife's cousin a couple years ago. She was 42. To make it worse, after two autopsies and nearly a year no cause of death was able to be determined.

I'd avoid doing that. Technically it's stealing, and you shouldn't be altering a natural setting in any way.

Al Pastor sauce is delicious. One of our local butchers sells sauce from his own recipe.
