-Wrong answers get the value of the highest-scoring correct answer +5

Yes, I actually used GIS to buffer the border by 100 miles and then ran a Select by Location tool to find Canadian cities (represented by points, not polygons of the entire city boundaries) that didn't fall within that buffer.
I then checked every wrong answer that looked close just to be sure. And although Google Maps can get you there in more than 100 miles, the city limits are just under the limit as the loon flies.
