Pretty common opinion that he would have given some of 99's records a run if it weren't for that.

Sure enough. A 396 yard game was his high in 1981. Memory is a crappy thing.

Ha, yeah. Even the stories of how great it is doesn't interest me. I've been with friends having great trips on several occasions, too. Really fun was watching Shawshank at a friends house when 3 other guys showed up on acid. One guy hadn't seem it before and was totally engrossed, staring with giant pupils going, "whoah! whoah! whoah!" after all the good scenes. It was hilarious to discuss the meaning of the movie with him afterwards.

Now mushrooms OTOH, those were some good times! Except the one time it wasn't. That was 3 hours of hell. No idea what was on/in them, but it was absolute hell. But that's a story for another day and another thread. On to the second half!

OKAY!

AFC

1. Rush
2. Giff
3. Diamond*
4. Duff
5. GPJ
6. Sancarlos**

*Diamond gets the 3 seed over Duff. They did not play each other during the year. Their conference records were the same. Diamond went 4-0 and Duff went 4-1 against common opponents.

**Mister D beats out Rex in the division. They split their head-to-head games. Mister D had a better conference record.
Sancarlos then beats out Mister D. They had the same conference record. Sancarlos went 4-0 and Mister D went 3-2 against common opponents.

NFC

1. AB
2. Wlu*
3. GoodKarma**
4. Pruitt
5. Bronto***
6. Carwash****

*There were no head-to-head sweeps between Wlu, GoodKarma, and Pruitt. Wlu had the better conference record.
**GoodKarma beat Pruitt head-to-head
***There were no head-to-head sweeps between Carwash, Bronto, and Sabo. Bronto had the better conference record.
****Carwash beat Sabo head-to-head

Is Gus Zernial that obscure? He's my go-to random guy for that era. He's 1940's Zack Wheat.

Also....Dan Marjele is one point? I thought that would be the high scorer. And HOW THE FUCK is Henry A. Wallace a 5??? I was sure as sure as I've ever been about anything in this game that he would be a one-pointer.

All I remember is slamming red bulls and vodka at the same time and grinding my teeth and watching the sun come up the next morning. I never felt like I needed to rub someone's back, or have my back rubbed. It was Prague in 1999 though, so who knows what the quality was like.

Did shrooms and acid a bunch of times (not together). Never had a bad trip on either. I missed the MDMA boom, don’t think I’d try it now.

If I ate acid now, with the amount of stress in my life, I’d be a mess. It’s a younger man’s drug. The more shit floating in your brain to worry about, the more your brain will fuck with you.

Best time tripping on acid was hanging out at a friends house with lots of weed, beer and a swimming pool. Dead shows were fun.
I saw Who Framed Roger Rabbit (in a movie theatre) after eating an eighth of shrooms. That was interesting.
