The guy who directed PCU played Ellis in Die Hard, which I only learned today.

I didn't realize Clint has been directing that far back. I thought his first one was Unforgiven.

btw, She was nominated for a Best Actress Golden Globe in that one.

Will be interesting to see what is done with Archer. When Woodhouse's voice actor passed they built that pretty heavily into the plot.

I had thought Outlaw Josey Wales (1976) was his first directing, but according to IMDB, Play Misty for Me (1971) was Eastwood's first director credit.

But holy shit has he been busy at it for the past couple of decades. It looks like he's directed 20 movies or more this century - and he's over 90 now.

I couldn't get into Arrested Development but her scenes on Archer were gold. Maybe the best in that cast.

Archer lost me a bit when they started doing it in the style of other shows. I still liked it, just felt forced sometimes.

I think I watched a few episodes in a row and by the end of the last one, the constant scene switching to finish the punchline made me delete the rest of the upcoming recordings.

AD was just trash the last two seasons. Or at least the parts I could make it through.

The Archer:Vice season is on the shortlist of single funniest seasons of tv this past decade.

The Dreamland LA was rough. That’s the most recent I’ve seen, need to get back to it.

Just found that Walter and George Segal did a short-lived sitcom together in 2011-2012 that was on TV Land. It was called Retired at 35, which I'm sure you can guess that their son, well, retired at age 35 and moved in with them. Even with the two legends, I'm sure hilarity did not ensue.
