I love this movie so much. Sad I couldn't make it last night.

In-laws just moved to town and dinner ended up going long. I could've joined about 30 minutes in, but I really hate doing that.DSafetyGuy wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 9:12 pm Hopefully, Giff is not missing this due to an overly-long HOA meeting.

I have to disagree. I've never been to Pennsylvania, so not sure how much it looks like California, but to me there are so many scenes in The Office where it's very obvious it's California.Nonlinear FC wrote: ↑Fri Apr 16, 2021 8:42 amAnother great example of this is The Office.Johnny Carwash wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 8:47 pmThis whole movie is a good example of "a surprising amount of California doesn't look like what people think California looks like."

They do the best they can in The Office but over 9 seasons and like 180 eps it’s hard to avoid. Still some locations are pretty realistic for NE PA. Dwight’s farm for example. The exterior of Dunder-Mifflin itself was the actual office for The Office writers in (I believe) Van Nuys and mountains can often be seen in the distance.

That's also the Witman (Don Draper's given name) farm from Mad Men.
Did you see that ludicrous display last night?

Just realized for the first time it’s Revelation 13:1-4 (had to look it up) that Grocer is yelling at Blank when he’s downstairs and Blank is upstairs (after singing “I’ll be whacking your fucking mind out when I come” to the tune of “I’ll Be Coming Around The Mountain”.
