I would argue the military reflects actual America rather than gerrymandered state legislatures.

Very true. When everything is viewed through the prism of national security petty shit goes out the window.

It's the Pentagon's report from years ago on climate change that has me concerned. And it was the military that racial integrated before America did at large. The military is also making sure there are arrangements in place to make sure female service members have access to contraception and abortion too.

You cannot have a strong military that's divided so there's an acute attention to detail with making sure everyone's covered.

(Of course, mostly Americans make up the military so backwards thinking shitheads from podunk towns still enlist, but generally speaking, there's an air of 'above the bullshit' within the ranks.)

Not so fun fun fact you may not know. Overseas military installations have slot machines on them. They're at base clubs and other areas.

And apparently, they earn $100 million a year from service members overseas
