The NFL equivalent of the NCAA's "lack of institutional control"
I think in the past 7 years or so, the perception for them has switched from "All we want is men of extraordinary character" to "We'll hire Jeffrey Dahmer if it helps us win football games." Of course, in reality it's always been the latter...just like every other team in professional sports.tennbengal wrote:Pretty sure it moves more to page 1. Bengals out of control etc. narrative. a) To pray for the speedy recovery of Gronkowski

I don't know. Shooting the boyfriend of your daughter's aunt in the back of the head near your house and leaving your rental car at the scene of the crime would have been just about equivalent to Ray heading back out to a Super Bowl party in his bloody suit.kranepool wrote:Ray Rae Redux?
You mean is he going to plea-bargain out in a deal to give up his friends and then spout out a bunch of BS in court so that nobody ever gets arrested and the DA is somehow okay with this and he goes on to become the epitome of everything that is right with the NFL?kranepool wrote:Ray Rae Redux?
New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has not been ruled out as a suspect in the execution-style murder of a semi-pro football player, law enforcement sources told ABC News on Thursday.

I doubt it. One of the Harris salespeople stationed down in Melbourne. I worked with her after we became MediaSpan and I moved to sales, but I never interacted with the Melbourne folks before that. Her name is Dnn Aodds.
