Queen Elizabeth II's mother was called the Queen prior to her husband's death, then she became know as the Queen mother. Camilla was given the title Queen consort until Queen Elizabeth II died and Charles III took the throne. From the coronation onward she will be know as the Queen.

All of these decisions regarding titles were made to save confusion regarding Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the royal family.

Yeah, depending on the type and stage of the cancer, the prognosis can differ wildly.

No which is somewhat weird IMO. Except they went out of their way to specify it was not prostate cancer. If it were he’d be pretty lucky as that’s one of the most treatable kinds.
