Agree. They’re horrible. The Lions colors are Honolulu blue and silver. If you’re gonna do a color rush jersey go for the gusto and do a silver one.

I’m pretty sure I’ve read that Nike has had difficulties recreating “Kelly Green” for Philly throwbacks so it’s altogether possible that silver is just impossible. But yeah. Ugly and interesting would be a better combo.

Someone smart or design-y explain why they wouldn't be able to recreate a color?

Someone design-y dumb would say they told our soccer club for years that they couldn’t get maroon to work on certain materials. But that’s youth soccer not the GD NFL.

And I’m positive I’ve read about this RE: the eagles on uni watch but I can’t find an article right now.

That was the most shit-tastic halftime show I think I've ever seen.

The choice to continue spinning the screen for way too long at the beginning and the fake abs outfits for the dancers was horrible.

Definitely worth the massive booing by the fans at the end.

Christ. Bebe Rexha (that's her name) needs to go away forever.

Certainly was an interesting decision to throw every play on the drive when the Lions took over with about 10:30 to go. I get the first two passes to catch the Bills off guard and flip the field, but three straight incompletions after that left plenty of time on the clock.

It's worked out so the extra time is proving useful, but it was not known at that time, etc.

The roughing the passer, Goff's overthrows, taking 5 seconds to call obvious time outs, that 3rd and 1 call near the end...

But as Romo said maybe 20 times, Campbell has changed the culture in Detroit.

And what did they give Allen on the sideline? His arm was dead in the 3rd quarter.

I never watch games live - give it 30-60 minutes before watching, just so you can miss atrocities like that musical act or Bill Cowher's "analysis".

Hopefully he does it while the players still buy in. He's obviously quite likeable but damn does he regularly make baffling decisions and has since day 1.

If Tua can stop:

1. Throwing balls directly at defensive backs multiple times per game

2. Getting bent into thirds on sacks

he might be pretty good.

Siemian was supposed to start, tweaked his side in warmup, and they announced Peterman. About ten minutes before kickoff, they said Siemian was game-time decision and he ended up starting.

The announcer who said Tucker’s FG attempt would’ve been good from 66 yards (it was a 67 yard attempt) was incorrect considering Tucker’s kick landed in the middle of the end zone.

eta: never mind - it went a lot deeper into the end zone than halfway.

For a dude milking every opportunity to let you know he's a free agent and keeps being linked to teams, this seems bad.
