000USMC - Gray Mini Cooper S Countryman with the highest level trim, CA plate with presumably a USMC ribbon on it. It's parked in a handicapped spot. Placard is hanging from the rear view.

HAVILV - Virginia, blue Subaru Forester. Took me a sec because I only had eyes for the Penguins logo decal, then I noticed the “I love my Havanese” and “Happiness is a Havanese” stickers.

N2 STLRS - West Virginia, silver Nissan Versa, in a Steelers frame

EVRYONE - Texas, pewter Kia Telluride. Black plates with white writing. There was a heart at the beginning, not sure if that is part of the plate design or Texas allows emojis.

7BOXRZ - Virginia, grey Nissan bus/van (not full of dogs)

The next two I assume were personalized but I guess not sure?

RISSAA - White Chevy Colorado. It was on a University of Arizona plate, so it reads as "ARISSAA."

I just drove 360 miles and didn't notice anything. I don't know how you can pay attention to all that unless you're a passenger.
