Would work better in a state that requires plates on the front. Florida doesn't.

Speaking of cars and windows, a friend saw the thing I've always feared seeing but also kinda assumed didn't happen: A dog falling out of a car window.

(They were slowing down and it somehow missed the back wheel so it was fine, just got back in when the owner stopped.)
