I don't understand that last goal in terms of how much space he was given.

I hope that the Quansah goof/ Bruno goal doesn't end up like the "Gerrard Slip" in Liverpool lore. What a disaster.

No...3rd to last game.

As brutal as it was, the game the next week was even worse...against Crystal Palace, Liverpool was up 3-0, and managed to give up 2 goals in the last ten minutes to draw 3-3. They finished 2 points behind City.

I’ve been consciously telling myself they won’t win, but deep down believing they can. I told my daughter and parents weeks ago that the AV game would be a loss, but they came out so strong, I thought they’d walk away with it. I rarely watch the halftime show, but the Robbies had me believing, saying Arsenal were in complete control and had no reason to worry. The past few weeks, Arsenal are wasting way too many chances. Both not finishing and missing the final pass. Just a hair off, but they’ve created so many chances and their defense has been so strong, they were pulling it off.

And with his 4th goal, he's now tied with Haaland for first in the PL! Nobody would have guessed that anyone on Chelsea would be challenging for that. He's also one assist shy of tying the league lead there as well. Hell of a season for the Brit-looking lad!

Symbiotic. Never want to see a kid who won’t crack a CL level team waste years so selling at big money to a mid-table team is best for all parties.

That was ugly. The midfield trio of Enzo, Caicedo, and Gallagher has been soft defensively all year. When you pair them with Badiashile in the back, the sieve becomes a gaping wound. I told my son after the last game he played that he should never don a Chelsea shirt again. But then we started him on the road against a league leader. smh.

I think that gives Sheffield United the record for most goals conceded in a 38-game season. On track to hit the century mark!

I’d say this one gets added weight for being a devastating loss for their number one rival.

Liverpool reach agreement with Feyenoord for Slot compensation - sources
Liverpool have moved a step closer to appointing Arne Slot as manager at Anfield after reaching an agreement with Dutch club Feyenoord for the highly rated coach, sources confirmed to ESPN.

Slot, 45, confirmed on Thursday that he was keen to move to Liverpool after being identified as the Premier League team's preferred candidate to replace Jurgen Klopp, who is stepping down at the end of the season after 8½ years in charge.
