Or if you confuse the Reds logo for the Indians logo?
Looks like baseball-reference is affiliated now and was upgraded. I also think this might be a younger man's game as my 80s players seem to have a small percentage of guesses

Small % is what you want, no? I assumed a lower score was better because its more unique.

Yes. It’s sorta like SwampCrash. The number at the end is the sum of the percentages of your responses. Wrong responses are a 100 point penalty.

Some of us just want right answers...but yes, getting unique answers is fun. Pretty proud of my 0.1 percent Gary Pettis answer the other day.

I dropped a Pat Listach on the Brewers' 30-steal name over the weekend and was proud of that result.

i think i got a personal low with 0.04% in Tom Burgmeier (Twins/Boston) yesterday - guy's 1976 Twins card just popped into my head. Which is a little weird.

It must skew heavily towards younger players of the game? Eckersley (Cubs/Red Sox) was only 1% which i was surprised at.

Also interesting to find out how spotty my knowledge is in different timeframes - i have this relatively giant blank from ~2006-2015. I'm sure it has nothing to do with having 2 small kids at the time.

That range, give or take, is when I only know the Yankees and the NL because I was in an NL only fantasy league. Since the minor league draft was so important there, I have pretty solid knowledge of guys + drafting team, but was burned on a prospect who didn't debut with their original team yesterday (Murton w/ Boston) and almost again today (Singleton w/ Phillies).

After playing this for about a week, I realized my weakest area is the Class of 1969 teams (KC, SD, MIL, MTL/WAS).

Wild that the high score for the bottom right answer is 10% (at least when I did it) when there are almost 500 possible answers.

my strategy in this is very swampcrashesque. rather go safe and big percentage than small percentage and risk a wrong answer

OK, reading the rules would've maybe made me feel a little less dumb. I thought the boxes were a player who achieved that stat for both teams.

Tried the football one that only goes back to 1999 and did OK on that one (7 out of 9).

I just got the greatest answer of alltime. After I get my 3 or 4 answers correct, I type in a random name and click down the line until I'm out of guesses to see the correct answer. ROY with a +.300 batting average. My answer had .003%. Not sure if this is too big of a clue, but he won as an AL pitcher, and batted .500 9 years later, with 1 hit in two ABs.
