Fantasy Premier League for the upcoming season is open again. I just renewed the league. I'm not sure if you need to rejoin or if it automatically puts you there once you draft a team. Either way, the code to enter is s4hy46. Same as before, $100m to spend on 15 players, and most weeks you field a starting eleven. Haaland is $14m this year! Anyone brave enough to spend 14% of their $$ on one player? Anyone brave enough not to?

Bump again. Season starts FRIDAY, not Saturday. We've got 5 in now and could always use more. Remember there's no "draft" per se, you just need to spend $100m to fill your 15 man roster. 11 start, you pick your formation, (I'm probably starting the season with a 3-5-2).

Nice! That's 11 of us. There's room for as many as want in. Remember the first game is Friday afternoon 3 EDT, and the deadline to pick/change your team is 90 minutes before kickoff of the first game each gameweek. That means 1:30 EDT on Friday, and usually 6 a.m. on Saturday morning, when there's no Friday game.

So, this is a roto league - no head to head, right? Do you guys typically make lots of in-season transfers?

Also, I'd like to look at other players' teams, but I don't see how to do that?

Roto. I can set up a head to head, but everyone will need to join it as well.

You can't see everyone else's team until the deadline passes each game week.

You get one free transfer each week. You can roll it over, but can't hold more than two free transfers.

You get one wildcard in both halves of the season, which means unlimited transfers.

Player values rise and fall as FOL managers the world over drop and add players.

You get one bench boost and one triple captain each season.

Your captain gets 2x points each week. Your vice captain gets 2x points in lieu of your captain IF the captain doesn't play.

Every league I’m in has about 50% of the players on 26 points at the moment. It’s pretty amusing.

I know I modified my team yesterday. But it didn’t take. Oh well. I’m sure it was user error.

But if mo saleh goes off for like 6 goals I am gonna be pissed.
