Didn't think it would happen but I guess when you barely crack 100 yards in 30 pass attempts, that will do it

That WR screen to Warren with zero blockers must have been the nail in his coffin.
Unfortunately, I don't think this is going to make Pickett stop being really bad at quarterbacking.

The "any WR with a pulse can be a star in KC" take is suffering a genuine beating this year...

This is somewhat wild to reflect on---
Kevin Adams
@MagicSportsGuy
Sam Howell is averaging 45.5 pass attempts p/g over his last 5.
For some context, Peyton Manning averaged 41.2 pass attempts p/g in his historic 2013 season & the all-time record is 45.4 by Stafford in 2012.

I'm having flashbacks to the Reid Eagles pre-Owens. Just a cavalcade of incompetence.

I'm not giving you grief here, but what a non-story in today's day and age.

I don’t think anyone “cares” or certainly should care. it’s just a funny story made a little funnier by the piety of NFL management.

Me listening to the Schatz and Tanier NFL Podcast:
Tanier, talking about the Seahawks: "...and they have a 41 year-old Right Tackle just called off the street in Jason Peters..."
Me: "Wait... what???"

Has there ever been a worse team than the Patriots favoured on the road this late in a season?

Lions social media leaked they’re wearing their 1950s throwbacks tomorrow. (Honolulu blue with silver numbers. No outlines, no piping.

Don’t they usually do that for Thanksgiving? Just like Dallas does the white helmets with the unoutlined blue star?
I like the Detroit throwbacks a lot btw.

I liked that look for Dallas and hope they go back to it now that the helmet rules have been lifted.

I prefer the Lion on the helmet over the all-silver.

He did double-duty on SNL last season. I still don’t know who he is.

Moved this from another thread:
So with 6.03 to play the 1st Quarter I have seen 3 Washington receptions in a row where the WR has been thrown to the floor by a Dallas DB grabbing the frame of the WR's helmet, without holding the facemask. So in effect twisting the player's neck around and nothing has been called/flag thrown etc,... Should those types of tackles be called?
Elway can fuck right off, that is all...

Clock malfunction in Cincinnati, time being kept on the field, not being shown on screen. Chaos! How did we watch football back in the day?
