Is it worth it? I remember Axel Witsel returning in 5 months for Euro 2020.

My best schadenfreude would be for Rodgers to stay healthy but play very poorly.

I'd be surprised if he came back and didn't play poorly. Can't be easy to start your season in week 15 or 16 or come back from a torn Achilles and play after only a few weeks of practice. It does seem stupid, but as a Jets fan, if he can't come back from an injury, I'd rather he gets reinjured now and we can move on early in the offseason and replace him.

Looking forward to the Jets getting eliminated from postseason contention, whereupon they decide to shut Rodgers down.

Damn that's cold. I continue my streak of having a keeper or first round pick getting injured week 1 or pre-season. Would have preferred if Aaron Jones was out for the year rather than playing injured and starting him most weeks. Oh, well. Another year of me sending money to your friends...

So the Titans manage to lose to the Colts at home in OT, while at the same time losing their star players in all three phases of the game.

Since when have they been using movable pylons to mark the first down lines? I just took note that for the first time today.

At least the Chiefs only have to play the Packers every four years. The NFC North has to deal with NFL refs favoring the Packers twice a year.

Clearly Burrow is a system qb, carried by Zac Taylor and Brian Callahan really...no other conclusion is possible.

It's so frustrating seeing other teams' backups make QBing look easy after just a few games while the Jets haven't seen competent QB play since Chad Pennington, and he was merely competent.

ZT never ever gets listed as a good offensive coach/play caller but that was a pretty fantastic alteration to their usual gameplan and implementation of a plan for last night for the offense under Browning - really, seriously, stunning to see unfold.

I mean, I do have pretty clear memory of Mike White throwing 400 on the bengals in their Super Bowl year a few years back...crosses my mind that maybe he should have just been kept but I know he had to move on b/c Rodgers is friends with Tim Boyle...

I was screaming at them for giving up White and keeping Wilson. Keep telling my Dolphins fan friend Mike White is going to win them the Super Bowl. White had an unreal game against the Bengals, but he reverted to shit shortly after. I think a big part of it was the O-line being horrible. Which is usually the case for Jets QBs. I'm confident some of their QBs over the years could have been good if they played on a different team. And I wonder what Josh Allen would have been on the Jets.
