Just to be clear, we are all saying Sam Darnold is going to the Hall of Fame, right?

I really want video of the last offensive coordinator's reaction to watching what happens when you give James Cook a reasonable amount of touches. McDermott should be ashamed of this as well.
Outrageously bad play calling by previous OC Ken Dorsey.

In his season and a half at the helm you never saw a run-first mentality, even when it was working. Like he thought that the only reason to run at all was to set up a long pass into double coverage.
this is also is not the way to win in the NFL with a top-five quarterback
Once again, you have convinced me of the error of my ways.

How many playoff wins, conference championship and super bowls have any of the other guys been to in the first four years?

genuine question -- why should Dorsey have taken the ball out of Josh Allen's hands more?

we can all agree there's a really good chance he's not fired if the special teams debacle at the end of the Denver game doesn't happen, right? and I think there's a reasonable case to be made that the Bills are still in the same position as they are now if Dorsey is still the offensive coordinator. the defense's rebound has been a big reason why they've been better. and the turnovers have largely stopped -- seems hard to pin that solely on a coordinator change.

(and to add to the hypotheticals and slim margins of the NFL, if Toney lines up where he's supposed to and the Bills don't regain the lead against the Chiefs after his TD, is Joe Brady viewed differently with the Bills at 2-2 post-Dorsey firing and not 3-1?)

Nah, Dorsey was a dead man walking. Sure, he was the handy fall guy after the Denver loss, but fans have been screaming for his head for a few months.

The stats from week 10 that you cited are heavily skewed because of the yards and points they racked up in weeks 2-4. From week 5-10 they scored a total 42 first half points. They played way too much catch up against average and bad teams, especially galling when the defence was reeling from injuries and could have benefitted from less time on the bench.

As someone who has seen all but a couple plays of Josh Allen's career, it's not a matter of taking the ball out of Allen's hands. Sunday was an anomaly (any time you can run for 260 yards, there's no reason to pass), one of the main issues under Dorsey was that Allen wasn't running the ball like he had in the past and that the team would go entire quarters without running the ball.

I know...who cares, but McDermott seriously gave Josh Allen the game ball? Is this guy a dick?

I saw a quote from Allen something about feeling like the kid who gets an A on a group project without doing any of the work.

What’s up with Brown, Smith and Swift wearing black socks while the rest of the team wear white? Can’t imagine the No Fun League allows that.

I'm one of the charter members of the Drew Lock fan club but that was one of the worst game-winning drives I've ever seen.

Then again I can't decide if some of the throws were awful or incredible.

I hope the defensive coordinator switch to Rapey McRocketScientist was worth it.

Last night notwithstanding, Drew Lock makes me remember Bill Walsh's old comment about Steve DeBerg, "He'll play just well enough for you to get beat by a close margin."
