Bengals are laying 2 points this week in Pittsburgh. They should be laying 20 points.

But also, Mason Rudolph kinda owns them. Like, his one good start ever was against them. I expect him to light it up.

Bengals are going to have a hard time scoring points.

GPJ, Rass and JLo vs. Bengal and GK in a fight to see who can undersell their own team the most.

Just happy I don't have to ("have to") watch Mitch.

I'm not joining that fight.

Bills will shred the Chargers.

Oh no...we're definitely taking this. It's the time of the season for false hope and shittier draft positions.

I know each of those words in isolation but am puzzled as to their meaning given the order here.

While they were discussing George Pickens and his lack of blocking on a play last week and how that makes him the worst teammate in NFL history, their former QB was brought up as someone who was a leader in the locker room back when the Steelers didn't do awful shit like not want to have their leg broken.

I'm being overly defensive for Pickens here because I decided to torture my ears and listen to Get Up this morning while working. I blame FXX for not having their normal King of the Hill reruns on this morning.

Ah. thanks.

Also, maybe don't defend Pickens tho? But,yeah, holding up Roeth as a paragon is weird. Why didn't he just go to Hines Ward for an example in house of how to make a career as a WR who also blocked like a demon?

The salty level for the Steelers is gonna be at an all-time high. With DJ Reader out in the middle of the Bengals line (their beating heart on defense in the middle on top of being their defensive leader), and the entire world screaming about the lack of effort from Pickens in terms of blocking, the focus of the Steelers is gonna be run the ball on every down with furious anger and blocking fury I am guessing. Whatever props you can find on the Steelers as a team on running yard total, bang the over.

Yeah, what he did was pretty indefensible, and anyone who saw it knows that. But there's a point when the outrage becomes too much where I start to defend people in that situation.

And easily could have lost to the Jets.

OK, easy being relative since the Jets don't easily win. But it was a low-scoring, one-score game, I think.

So what’s the deal with QBs giving the linemen golf carts? What happened to Rolexes or Louis Vuitton bags?

Just fire Arthur Smith into the sun already. I know I am mostly (entirely) salty because of his fantasy football malpractice, but...still. Bad job, Arthur Smith.

INDEED. I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU IN YOUR MEANINGLESS GAME THAT WAS THAT OF ALL GAMES THAT WAS THE ONE THAT ARTHUR REDISCOVERED HOW GOOD DRAKE LONDON IS HOW NICE FOR YOU AND THEN OF COURSE TWO CATCHES A WEEK LATER BECAUSE ARTHUR SMITH IS A CRAZY PERSON

Ha, I wanted to lose for more draft balls and I didn't want to knock you out, but I kept putting out my best lineup for league integrity and stuff.

One of the disappointing aspects of attending an NFL game in person is all the stoppages, while the players just stand around. With no TV timeouts in a 4th quarter, I assume they won’t have those breaks, which leads me to anticipate a few gassed linemen.

I know no one reads Yahoo! Sports for the articles but it sounds like the stoppages will be there and Mike, Cris and Melissa will talk to us instead of getting one last burst of Christmas commercials.

I just go to Yahoo! Sports for the Bronto centerfolds. While I like the idea of commercial free, I'd rather watch commercials than Collingsworth getting an extra 2.5 minutes to ramble every stoppage.

Sure - since Blank (the owner) can’t fire himself. I think Blank was one of the first owners to publicly disavow interest in Lamar’s free agency because they were sooooo set at qb with Ridder because why would you want a qb like lamar Jackson with those offensive weapons around him…that’s a crazy idea clearly.

In a two qb league dealing with injuries and…let me just say - the garbage time Derek carr experience hit me in all the feels last night. If carr and Devito overcome the team with Tua and stroud/mayfield that would be hilarious.

Fantasy football is so funny/dumb, man. I started Stafford and thought he did ok. Based off of what you said I just checked and Carr scored more than him. Every garbage time minute counts.

I would say that’s a slam dunk acquisition but…

Let’s just assume last year with Lamar’s free agency was just naked collusion and the falcons and other teams will resume normal behavior this off-season and obvious moves like that get made…

George Pickens redemption game.

And I’m including the double Christmas colored mouth guards.
