Do you think the NFL has contingency plans for something like "Taylor Swift is fall down drunk" or "Travis Kelce suffers horrifying head/spine injury"?

They don't, but I'm pretty sure that you can wager on either proposition.

At the end of a poor football wagering season, I like the 49ers and the under.

My untimely thought last week was that whoever it is who is sponsoring the Gronk field goal attempt during the game must have had a long weekend trying to figure out what to do about Carl Weathers passing.

The Chiefs rush for around 200 yards and win by 10 points.

This NFL Awards thing is super awkward, no?

If TJ Watt doesn't win DPOY, Steeler fans on Twitter are going to lose their shit. This is insanely important to these people. They track how many times the NFL channel and website mention Miles Garrett compared to him. It's fucked up.

Im rooting for the 49ers because it's my wife's team, but I completely expect Kansas City to win. I can't get against Mahomes.

I see something similar to last week. The Chiefs get out to a good lead, the 49ers come back, but Chiefs win by at least 7. Final: 31-24 or something.

I don't gamble, but if I did I would do some crazy multi prop parlay for $5 involving a bunch of things to drive up odds too.

I would be very surprised if the executive producer of the halftime show, who went after the Grammys last Sunday to defend his wife, allows any crowd shots during said halftime show, regardless of whomever is in the crowd.

This lack of crowd shots would actually be normal, as the director normally does stadium-wide shots to reset, if the transition between songs needs it. The show, particularly when it has a lot of dance elements, is rehearsed within an inch of its life, including the director and his camera cuts.

If there are no crowd shots with a certain someone in attendance, it will become a thing.

Despite being completely normal.

I guess I'm going with Kansas City, because if I put a bet in (which I might since I'll be in AC Saturday night), I'd be more angry with myself if I bet SF and lost because I bet against Mahomes then taking KC and lost because SF played out of their minds.

Wish I did this… my son told me this morning he volunteered to bring wings to a party. I was surprised Wingstop accepted my online order for 4:30. Got there, and it was fucking insane. Finally got my order at 5:50. Over 100 people waiting, line deep into the parking lot. When I left, they announced that if you have a 5:00 order, they haven’t started cooking, so don’t ask. And I didn’t even get to eat any.
