The Swamp

I have heard about this proposal even before 2005. Having been to races here, it is a really interesting view. Not sure if the sight lines will be great, but plenty of seats (~160K). Also this is located right between TN and VT. So it should be a fairly mixed crowd. Huge space for tailgates, RVs, etc.
