My takeaway from skimming that video is that there are a good number of hot Vietnamese women riding scooters.

That was the coolest thing when I was in Vietnam. During the day all the girls are covered up head to toe due to being scared of the sun.
But at night, it's all pale legs for as far as the eye can see.

FIFA is reporting that half of the world's population watched some portion of the world cup this year.

My football fan friends are counter-reporting that "way more than that" watched this past Sunday night game.

Question: When they talk about wages in the UK, they always say how much a player is earning per week.
Is that per 52 weeks, or just for the soccer season (probably 40 weeks or so)?
I don't know the answer to that, often wondered it myself
Just did some research... looks like they break it down for 52 weeks. So Ashley Cole's deal is for $780,000 (American) which is over a million loonies a year.

So Cardiff City transfer, Argentinian, and former FC Nantes star was on a plane that may have gone down on the English Channel.
Kane, Alli, Son, Sissoko not with the team. Moura may be coming back for the League Cup Semi-Final Thursday...
ETA:
I saw this picture on Deadspin and thought the injury was significantly worse than it is:

You could immediately see that it was a hamstring issue - you know that hop step guys take when they've strained it?
But when he took a step and then sat down, you just knew it was a bad one.
Good news is that Moura and Sissoko are back. And as a side note, until late October, the thought that Spurs fans would be happy to see Sissoko on the field would have been insane. For two and a half years, he seemed out of his depth in the Premier League. Utterly clueless on the field. It's like a switch went on and he is now playing incredibly well. But perhaps the worst shot of any midfielder in the league - if he's alone in the penalty area, he is still looking to pass.

Korea is out!
Son coming home.
Not a moment too soon.
My former producer in Seoul told me that there was terrible dissension on the Korean team. No matter - get him to London stat!
Yeah they never looked right. I think coach Paulo Bento is done.
I've never been a fan of bringing in a player midway through a tournament. It just upsets the team.
What's so special about Son? Spurs kept him to play against Tranmere?
Yoshida plays for Southampton and he reported to Japan from day 1.
Also believe it or not, Korea haven't won the Asian Cup since 1960 when it wasn't really a tournament. They are cursed.

I really hate to say this, because I like their brand of play, but down 2-0 at the half is so Spursy.

Problem is, you can't play like that with 3rd stringers out on the wing, Llamela as the playmaker and Llorente as the target man.
