If you YouTube around to some of Milo's stuff from over a year ago, he was quiet, measured, made cogent points, and the flamboyance was turned way down. I didn't realize he was gay until he himself had an offhand comment of "...as a gay man...".

But now, he's doing it to troll, be loud, and egg on. He's an outspoken Trump supporter and he aligns himself with the far right and acts as they do. It's rather annoying. I listened to his podcasts with both Joe Rogan and Adam Carolla and he seemed to be amenable to some opinions different than his, but ultimately held his views.

This college tour is rather silly on both sides.

I was just riffing on the fact that the radio communications for anything related to shooting rockets in the sky always has the same sound, like it was recorded on a CB radio.

It's amazing how many highly famous people they can get to endorse goofy shit in Japan that would be seen as "beneath" them if it ever appeared in Western media. I guess it's the combination of huge stacks of money + the assumption that no one outside Japan will see it.

I just saw this. Jumping out of a perfectly good airplane with a parachute is a bad idea. This is the stupidest thing I've seen in a long time. Bless him, glad he survived.
