Jerloma clearly spelled out the 24-hour time frame to make the pick, so it's on TT for not making the pick. He can make the pick once he comes back.

Brian is on the clock.

1 Houston (Giff) - Jadeveon Clowney, DE, South Carolina
2 St. Louis (RamsFan) - Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
3 Jacksonville (Jerloma) - Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
4 Cleveland (Sabo) - Khalil Mack, OLB, Buffalo
5 Oakland (Sabo) - Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
6 Atlanta (Fluff) - HaHa Clinton-Dix, S, Alabama
7 Tampa Bay (TT) - VIKING'D
8 Minnesota (HaulCitgo) - Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
9 Buffalo (Tom1860) - Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan

I am surprised that we have not received any pick reviews from media experts... They know this is the place to look at mock drafts!

I'm going to go ahead (since I'm leaving on vacation in like two hours and it appears this might be a player the Bucs covet) and Viking TT also and select:

Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M

Yeah, the Lions secondary sucks, but the offense needs big-play threats to line up alongside Megatron and Golden Tate is not really it (though he's underrated after the catch and will probably produce well in the Lions offense if Matthew Stafford doesn't get him killed throwing a pass above his head going over the middle.) Also, I'm not as high on Justin Gilbert as some people and he's the only viable secondary pick left on the board that is worthy of a Top 10 pick. I saw Darqueze Dennard play in college every week and he's overrated when he's not allowed to literally mug WRs downfield.

Darqueze Dennard is so overrated. Word is he probably won't go first round.

Watch the Steelers blow it and take him.

The Titans have new staff, they need a RB, but have no major holes if Locker pans out. He is in the final year of his rookie contract, but they also have a 5th year option ($15M).

Therefore, they take the best player available and give new defensive coordinator (Ray Horton) a fun new weapon to lineup with Jurrell Casey and Derrick Morgan... With the 11th pick of the 2014 Swamp NFL mock draft, the Tennessee Titan's select, from the University of Pittsburgh, Defensive lineman, Aaron Donald.

They could have gone Anthony Barr or C.J. Mosely, but they felt that Barr was too big a risk and Mosely had medical concerns.

Aaron Donald looks like a monster in his Youtube videos*. Pretty much looks like Star Lotulelei just running through two blockers at a time.

*Single game videos, not highlight tapes. Highlight tapes make Ryan Shazier look like a Hall of Famer while his regular every-play tapes paint a much lesser picture.

Lots of the media have issues with Donald's size (6-1, 285), but I see him as a guy who you can put anywhere on the line and create mismatches. I think if you ignore the size stuff, he is a top 5 pick, maybe top 3.

May be an overdraft, but I'm a big fan of Beckham. He's only 6' tall but appears taller when you watch him. He's a slightly less rich man's Sammy Watkins.

18. New York Jets - OLB Anthony Barr, UCLA

A freak of an athlete who can step in and succeed Calvin Pace as the Jets' primary pass rusher? Rex Ryan is one happy man. Bradley Roby would make sense here too, but the Jets just used a first rounder on Dee Milliner last year and they're going to hope and pray Kyle Wilson becomes a starting-level CB. Plus, Barr is a better player anyway. Barr, Sheldon Richardson and Muhammed Wilkerson will allow the Jets to have a great pass rush without having to send extra rushers.

I wanted to compare the Swamp mock draft against the real thing, but I guess the asteroid destroyed that, too...

Not sure how I missed this remarkably accurate take. This is pretty much as low as I've seen in hindsight on Gilbert.

Please tell me you think Artie Burns is gonna be awesome and William Jackson should go fuck himself.

Blind squirrels and nuts. Of course, I wish both in real-life and in mock draft retrospect the Lions had taken Aaron Donald (though I'm still higher on Ebron's upside than a lot of people. I think he might have a really good year this year.)
