The "steers clear of trouble thing" doesn't make much sense. He's been charged in another state so by definition he's still in trouble with the law. However, they aren't going to put him in jail, and I don't think there will be an ankle monitor at all. It'd be funny, though. All that said,...

Re: To the extent it comes up: Trump crap post-WH years
So I think Collins is right that it’s bad to have a politician run for office on a promise to take down the opposition leader. And that charges should only be brought where there is clear evidence of serious crimes. I’m on the fence as to whether falsifying business records qualifies. Well, 34 coun...

Yup. The runner could only go back, it wasn't even inherently the SS ball. Just awful. They changed the rule in 2013. Runners can advance on an IF fly rule. It was the correct call. I thought that was always the rule. If you wanted to try to tag up, so be it. Batter's out, runners are on their own.

The fact that his body camera wasn't on... I"m not saying it's suspicious, but it sure as hell was a huge factor in them dropping this case. I also wonder if they were able to interview witnesses who did not see what the police report stated. You've got at least a half dozen vehicles right the...

With the winds the way they were yesterday, I don't think many of those behind them would have wanted to drive at that time. I mean, look at the highway in front of them. When I saw it coming in from my office, I ran out to get food before it hit. It started when I was a stoplight away from the off...

I just don't get why baseball umps have to rotate equally. If an ump is not good behind home plate then he should just be a base ump. Imagine if the NFL rotated their 7 man crews. Some refs are good at line judges, some are good at umpires. Hockey and soccer have refs and linesmen. A home plate ump...
