Among the other issues which will pop up for a Vegas stadium, the FAA might nix it.
Also the traffic can get pretty hairy down there as it is and there's not a whole lot of room to expand. It wouldn't ever be as bad as getting in/out of Foxboro but it wouldn't be a breeze either.
