Re: NHL Playoffs - SECOND Round

ETA: exactly what did Saad do? Is being a punching bag a 2:00 minor? Nah, they were both guilty there. Off-setting minor penalties was the right call. Quincey's helmet didn't rip itself off his head. Really, though, less than two-minutes to go in a tied game seven and those two are playing waltzing...

Re: NHL Playoffs - SECOND Round

This is the stupid rules of hockey sometimes. The refs will never ever ever call a single penalty that late in the game, especially a game 7. It's really the only sport that does this. In football if it's pass interference on 4th down or the last play of the game, it's pass interference. Ask the Mia...

Surprised no one has mentioned it yet, but Torts was fired today. I think it was a hasty move. Were this a full season, or had the Rags not made the playoffs, it would make more sense. Think the players and management are just tired of his schtick and negativity. Benching Richards (one of his great...

If the Avalanche take Jones, if I were the Flames I'd throw everything at Florida to take MacKinnon. The Flames have 3 first round picks (6th, 20th and Pittsburgh's (30th). Trade them all plus next years 1st for Florida 2nd overall. Think they would take it? I'll even take Brian Campbell's contract ...

I believe Mao and Ho never happen if Roosevelt is there. It's really difficult.
