You know what Hillary's favorite place to get pizza?

Who knows? Maybe, you were kidnapped, tied up, taken away and held for ransom.

Is there proof that that's Hillary?

Re: 2016 Presidential Race
At this point it seems to be legit, but if someone coordinated setting that up that quickly, I'd be super impressed.
I felt aswirl with warm secretions.
Re: 2016 Presidential Race
It's legit. Her doctor issued a statement to cover. Pneumonia. Bullshit.

Are you saying the Clinton camp isn't being truthful to all, including the DNC, or are you saying the DNC aren't being truthful?howard wrote:It's legit. Her doctor issued a statement to cover. Pneumonia. Bullshit.

Re: 2016 Presidential Race
She is not being truthful about her medical condition. By definition.
Her coughing spell last week was said to be from allergies. Now said to be from pneumonia. Said to have been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday, yet told no one, and continued a normal campaign schedule. Including a fundraiser Friday evening (the Deplorable soundbite.)
Then this happened. But for three hours, the explanation was 'overheated'. (On a 77˚F morning, with 44% humidity.) Rather than immediately say, well she's been suffering from pneumonia for three days, they talk with her doctor, then come up with this bullshit.
Possible she actually has pneumonia, and they hid the fact for fear it would make her look week. Then trotted it out when she collapsed today. Either way, we're left trying to parse the degree of and the exact nature of her bullshit. Good practice for the next four years.
I doubt she has/had pneumonia. Regardless, bullshit. Lots of bullshit.

In the law of fraud, there is a concept called materiality. Not every lie is fraud because not every lie matters to a person's decision to do (or not to do) something. Here, I am quite comfortable voting for a dead person if that dead person is not Trump.

Re: 2016 Presidential Race
OK. Your bias is showing based on your perception of Clinton. It's completely understandable though for a presidential candidate to hide the fact they're suffering from pneumonia, so that the other side doesn't run with it. It just so happened that we all had to get together to feel shitty about 9/11, and as a presidential nominee, she had to be in NYC for the world to see the episode occur. Please don't confuse me with a Clinton fan, but I'll go to bat for her withholding Protected Health Information for as long as she needed to do so (yes, I capitalized PHI for a reason (o;)..howard wrote:She is not being truthful about her medical condition. SCOTUS means more to me than anything else this election, because thankfully, Antonin Scalia is dead as shit.

Re: 2016 Presidential Race
It seems to me that Hillary dropping out would solve the Democrats' biggest problem. It would suck to lose the chance for a woman to get elected, though. Maybe if she drops out, Michelle Obama can take her place? Howard, didn't you suggest Chelsea at one point?vandwagon wrote:This is exactly my thought too. Trump was 3 blocks from me, along with the circus. Didn't go down to see the hoopla. Lots of helicopters in the air.

Re: 2016 Presidential Race
I'm sure he's 100% serious. If he just weren't so busy building the world's greatest buildings and resorts, he could spend that extra 2 hours a week to knock a few more strokes off his score and be a pro.
Totally Kafkaesque

Re: 2016 Presidential Race
Here's the thing. He really might be able to get elected. I keep waiting on HRC to find her voice and cut through the din, even a little, to remind people that she's competent, even if they don't like her. But somehow all I am still getting is ads from HRC that attack Trump. Maybe try something positive about yourself for a change on the messaging. Trump is going to get his 38% or so, that's your basic crop o' varying bigots/racists/what have you, but maybe do a little more to give people a reason to vote for you other than "anyone but Trump"...

Well, TB is in a state that is 100 percent going to be Dem and AB is in a state that is 100 percent going to be GOP, so not sure if there's some game theory involved there or what.

(Also I'm talking about only HRC ads, not ads from SuperPACs since HRC has no control over those (by federal law).
