Re: Trump Administration Meltdown Thread...
Wow.
No longer, Savage said, does he fear that the government is spying on him and that “the FBI is going to throw a black bag over my head and take me away one night,” as he did under the “monster” Obama.
Savage added that Trump’s victory will deliver white children from certain slavery: “I don’t walk around fearing that it’s all coming to an end. I don’t walk around looking at little white children seeing future slaves anymore. Did you know that? Did you know that that’s what I used to see? I’d walk around and look at little white children and I’d shake my head and I’d say, ‘If this doesn’t stop, these children will be slaves in their own nation.’”

Not sure what's he's worried about since World War 3, and by extension a nuclear holocaust, is more inevitable. Save the trash bags for something else.

So, someone is going to handle this shit, right? Right...?
And remember the hubbub with Obama having his BlackBerry taken by the Secret Service because of security concerns? When does his get taken?
And when does someone sit his punk ass down and fuck him up with some truth?

Re: Trump Administration Meltdown Thread...
Ironic how the people who angrily label all Liberals as Soviet Commie Pinko bastards are perfectly OK with the President Elect congratulating Putin for tampering with out elections. WTF? I'm sure many of these idiots are the same people who were freaking out that if Bernie won, he would hand the country over to Putin, because Democratic Socialist is the same as Communist, and they were still fighting the Cold War up until Trump began publicly eating Putin's ass.

Welp. Trump tryna gut the CIA. They can't run this ship into the iceberg fast enough, can they?
Re: Trump Administration Meltdown Thread...
So, if the CIA is as illuminati as the tinfoil hat crowd makes them out to be, they find his tax returns scrutinize them, and show a link between him and multiple entities and label him something bad, right?
Or am I just living out a really awesome fiction novel in my head?
And ffs, why would Obama not speak up?

Re: Trump Administration Meltdown Thread...
Obama probably thought, like everyone else including Trump, that Hillary was going to win, so why give the jerkdicks on the right any more to complain about. He was absolutely incorrect and should've dealt with whatever blowback there would've been from people who would never support him anyway especially given the circumstances.

The important thing is something infinitely more consequential involving Trump will happen today, but most media outlets will focus on this.EnochRoot wrote:It's beyond tiring.Pruitt wrote:11 days until the inauguration...

Do you think that this is a strategy on his part, or is he just lucky that his puerile behavour is the ultimate distraction?DSafetyGuy wrote:The important thing is something infinitely more consequential involving Trump will happen today, but most media outlets will focus on this.EnochRoot wrote:It's beyond tiring.Pruitt wrote:11 days until the inauguration...

Re: Trump Administration Meltdown Thread...
Started with his behavior on its own, which became a distraction because it started driving stories, then someone behind him decided to let him go with it because the distraction provides PR benefits. For example, the "Hamilton-Pence" thing almost completely distracted the media from the $25 million Trump University settlement, which came down later the same day.Pruitt wrote:Do you think that this is a strategy on his part, or is he just lucky that his puerile behavour is the ultimate distraction?DSafetyGuy wrote:The important thing is something infinitely more consequential involving Trump will happen today, but most media outlets will focus on this.EnochRoot wrote:It's beyond tiring.Pruitt wrote:11 days until the inauguration...
Maybe they decide to "rein him in" on some days when there is no obvious story to bury coming that day. Maybe they know something bad for him is coming today, perhaps in regard to the Senate's confirmation hearings/Office of Government Ethics stuff.

Re: Trump Administration Meltdown Thread...
Are you saying the DNC made up the hacking story as an excuse for losing the election? This story was all over the news for months before the election. Remember Trump's speech inviting Russians to hack into Hillary Clinton's e-mails? That was back in July. Trump and his team continue to say the DNC kept the hacking issue a secret until after the election, but Trump spoke about it as far back as July!
I have no idea whether the hacking, whomever is responsible, swayed the election, but there is no debating that someone hacked into the DNC's computers. 17 separate intelligence agencies unanimously concluded there is proof high level Russian government officials were involved. How can anyone support Trump's plan to ignore the reports and instead trust Julian Assange? Even if Russia did sway the election, I don't think there is any going back. This isn't about whiny Dems refusing to concede defeat, this is about Russian espionage infiltrating our election process! How can anyone support sweeping it under the rug and not even investigating? Shouldn't we understand how it happened, so we can prevent it in the future? Or stop other security leaks that are certainly continuing to occur? Nope, Julian Assange says it wasn't Russia...
It blows my mind how so many "patriotic" Conservatives are fighting to allow Russia to sway our elections. How they are willing to completely ignore the United States Intelligence Community's unanimous conclusions, and support the President Elect completely denigrating and discounting the FBI, CIA, Dept of Homeland Security, every branch of the military... in order to defend Russia and its psychopathic strongman dictator?

So Jared Kushner, who's father bought him admission to Harvard (supposedly stapled a check for $2.5million to the application paperwork), will now be a "senior adviser" to the President based on the fact that he's banging Ivanka.

From a quick search of the googles, it appears the south of New Zealand is where you want to be when Trump ends the world via nuclear holocaust (either intentionally or, more likely, accidentally).

Re: Trump Administration Meltdown Thread...
This is being (yet again) covered in a fucked up way.
Bouncing political appointees doesn't mean that all of a sudden the day to day functions go to shit. It means that the agency is rudderless, to be sure, bu it's not some immediate danger of somehow launching nuclear weapons.
What it says is that, once again, Trump and his people don't know what the fuck they are doing OR they are really more like a Bond villain taking over the reigns than we first thought.
The political appointees are the ones that typically go to Congress to fight for their budget around this time. He just told all of them to bounce, even though it will take months to get people in those chairs, and by then it's too late.
I don't have to remind this crowd, Trump was making out with Putin over the need to dramatically increase and enhance our nukes (the later was actually already happening under Obama, fwiw.)
Maybe they are so crazy smart that they understand how bouncing folks that would advocate for their budget is smart in this situation. Maybe.
Or are they in some weird way trying to diminish our nuclear capabilities? I think someone needs to do a deep dive on the Alex Jones, crazy motherfucker wing on a wide range of issues to see if they are going down some fucked up rabbit hole that only they seem to understand. Given who Trump has close to him, we need to be thinking "CRAZY MOTHERFUCKING INSANE" might be closer to reality than we ever thought possible.
(So, obviously, I'm not disagreeing with the underlying sentiment here... Just saying this particular story is not being reported properly.)
