The Great Lakes are off by about 300 million years; they didn't exist at the time of Pangea. Then again, that's not really Pangea as much as it is an atlas balled up like Play-Doh.

Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, as the center of the world is a nice touch. The locals would tell you that's appropriate.

That's entirely inappropriate. The style of the armor is clearly late antiquity or early medieval, not Renaissance.

I think so, but I don't remember what exactly got spun off, but that rings a bell. It does accurately include some divisions which were spunoff into separate companies. (Pepsi, for example, no longer owns Yum Brands (KFC, A&W, Taco Bell, etc.)

They split up into Mondelez International and Kraft Foods Group. The former is their grocery division, I believe, while the latter is their "snacks". I know way too much about this because it was a headache at my job when they split into two. Worst name ever, FYI.
