I think so? Someone somewhere on some medium today noted that Bannon accepting the pardon meant he also was accepting guilt. Might work as an admission...

I think they have to explicitly state what they are taking away if convicted. If I were to bet, I'd say if he were convicted he would probably only end up barred from running for office again and they'll let him keep his security and pension.

There were tweets going around saying that ... but then I saw Daniel Dale saying that one of those tweets was misinformation, though it wasn't clear what part of the tweet he was referring to.

Since there are news stories about it...the manager at the operations I traveled to on Monday/Tuesday received a pardon from Trump Tuesday night. Apparently lied to federal mine investigators a long long time ago before he worked for us. Served his probation and paid a fine but I suppose it was a felony so he had applied for a pardon.

Weirdly, Twitter and other places deplatforming djt was the best thing for both us and him. Him not being able to spew bile for the last several weeks has really cooled the temp on things.
