Losing to France at hockey is even more embarrassing than losing to France at war

To be fair Canada put a Maple Leafs goalie in net for some reason and their roster isn't as loaded as it should be. Mackinnon is there but who else on that team plays at his level? It's pretty much Canada's leftovers playing apart from him. They could build half a dozen teams better than that with players not currently playing in the playoffs. And Kadri is Canadian? that sucks, i really liked hating him...

i wish the pens would fight as hard during the game as they do afterwards i have to work tomorrow night and part of my responsibilities include meet and greet bs at a bar where i'm sure they'll have the game on and normally i'd tried to avoid the score but as of right now i have little desire to work all day and then sit down at 9:30 and start watching this team though i prefer this sort of slow motion train wreck to sudden crashes like game 4 against the bj's because it gives me time to prepare myself to not care

[Lundqvist] has been fined $5,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct during Game 6 of the Second Round Stanley Cup Playoffs series against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Let that be a lesson. If you're going to squirt an opponent, do it during game play.

Maybe it's because I'm bitter about the Sharks, but I'm predicting the Rangers to win 3-1 or so, with Fleury giving a bad goal, and Sid not making the scoresheet.

I know its been a while (Ooooooo burn!!!) but that's not how watching the playoffs as a fan works. No carryover confidence, its just Game 7. And its an occasion for barf.

True. I cant remember the last time calgary won a game 6 to get to a game 7. 1991?

In 1994 Flames were up 3-1 on Vancouver and when they forced game 7 I knew we were doomed.

Thats what I mean. We've always been up and choked it away. Have never come back to win a series.

In 2004 we led 3-2 all 4 series.

Rangers should be feeling good but ive never been in this situation.
