Usually a booking has some kind of reason for arrest, but maybe not specific charges until it's in the judicial system. Is there a way to search the court dockets if he had to enter a plea?

What, like you haven't had an uncle under suspicion for weapons charges? Or another for possessing child pornography?

Can only spell on Georgia but typically the first issues are bodn and probable cause and then transfered to another judge which takes a while and the prosecutor will write up more formal charges to be filed and made available to defendant in order to plead guilty not guilty to the written charge which really begins the process. So your nephew really in a preliminary stage. I assume he will get bond easily unless long history or fleeing issues and then he can go around town and find a lawyer or used free govt lawyer. There will be a warrant likely go ask for that. Those will list charges around here. Also there may be bond set. That would list charges also. Do not talk to him about charges on the jail phone. It will be recorded and used.

He's out and in a "cool down" barrack on the base. Arraignment is Monday. That's about all we know.

It sounds pretty fucking bad for my nephew. Most likely a dishonorable discharge along with whatever comes from these charges and I hope whatever these specific charges are aren't true. But sounds like they are.

Availability of information at different stages will vary across states. I would think it'd be public record in every state once there is an indictment, but I don't know for sure. Arrest records are printed in newspapers pre-indictment in many states, so maybe check the municipal police blotter?

Did the base take jurisdiction? If so, they have their own website for stuff like that and may be why it's no longer visible on the website you initially checked.

Bad Conduct and Dishonorable Discharges are really, really bad. But that's obvious. No idea what he did, but if that's the starting discussion, heaven help him.

I don't think so. They're the ones who actually called the police after my brother called them. My nephew's wife called them at 5:30am Monday morning demanding they "come get him" or she's calling the cops. After my brother explained a) they're in Texas and b) he's in the Navy so they can't really take him anywhere, she said it again and hung up. No one would answer their phones after that, so he called someone on base whose number he had from a separate non-legal issue earlier this year. When they got to the house, they called the cops.

So, our fantasy football draft is tonight in my main league. One of the guys in the league is stuck at Burning Man. (He’s a fireman, not a tech bro, btw). They’ve been moving people out for 24 hours, but it’s just one dirt road. He can’t get a cell there. I’ve been talking to his father, who might do his draft for him if he can’t get to a cell or Wi-Fi by draft time tonight. Crazy.

If the cucumber flavor isn't important, you could make it really quickly and cheaply. Or you could ask a local restaurant that doesn't make their own pickles and I'm sure they'll look at you like a freak.

Also, When lays did those local flavors thing a few years ago, they had a biscuits and gravy flavor. It was weird and I realized that the whole idea of biscuits and gravy is better than the flavor.

My mom still talks about their neighbor 50 years ago who asked everyone in the 'hood for their pickle juice when they finished jars, as she drank pickle juice. My parents obliged.

Excited about our Halloween costume decision. We've had a movie theme the last three years (Vincent Vega/Mia Wallace, Shining twins, Mary/Ted with cum (fake) on the hair/ear).
