I don't have enough info to judge, but maybe not. Parotid gland tumors are (probably) not related to tobacco. The parotid glands are the big salivary glands in your cheek that swell up when you have mumps. Gwynn had surgery to remove his parotid gland; however it could've been a cancer arising from parotid tissue (probably not tobacco related) or a cancer of other tissue that spread into the parotid gland (tobacco related).

Not that it matters. But in times of sadness, I retreat into my worse pendant habits, to evoke a false feeling of control. Sorry. Kids, don't fucking dip!
