Spam?

This is a weird one... This morning I posted a dumb sandwich pun on the swamp. Then a supposed ”ham” sandwich replied, including a quite frankly sexually explicit photo. It looks like real ham, but could be spam? I can’t figure this out.
I felt aswirl with warm secretions.
