I don’t know much, but I’d have to think the majority of our fleet is in the Pacific or the Middle East. I’m guessing larger war ships can’t fit through the Canal anyways, but fuck do I know?

Some aircraft Carriers can't fit - due to height of all things (yes I know how lock systems work) - but I'm sure if we all put our minds together we can figure out if there's a way to get whatever types of things Aircraft Carriers carry, from one aircraft carrier stationed in the Carribbean Sea to another aircraft carrier, 51 miles away, on the Pacific Ocean.

That sentence is self-defeating. Federal judgeships are not going to be ceded in two years. They are lifetime appointments. And have far greater power than the NLRB. So if in fact it was a choice between prioritizing federal judgeships and NLRB appointments, the clear choice was the federal bench.
