Started the game looking for history and might end up getting it by being the first team to be shut out in the Super Bowl.

Philly’s first two titles (‘48 and ‘49) were shutouts.

Philly FG a sneaky good result for you here. Now you need a KC TD and Philly TD.

If a guy gets almost 100,000 people to call drake a pedophile while wearing a lower case “a” medallion and Serena Williams dances background, it’s a good performance.

Scarily, I agree. One of my bets was an alternate spread of Eagles -6.5 for +275
Wish I had bet Philly -16.5 instead.

Eh, I understand it. 8-8-8-8-3 instead of 7-7-7-7-7. It’s a desperation decision.

My beef with the scorebug is they’re not updating it to show stats for anyone other than the QBs.

For the record, I’m…

Wait. Strip sack. Never mind. I think I can exhale if they score at least 3 now.

What I was going to say was I saw a Reid-coached team put up 4 TD in the final 8 minutes to steal a win (the Miracle at the New Meadowlands).

Just got off FaceTime about 10 minutes ago with my son. He like me was a lot more subdued than last time. I explained to him that when I was his age in the 80s every Super Bowl was like this. Told him about poor John Elway and Jim Kelly getting disemboweled on an annual basis.

IMO Josh Sweats should've won the MVP.

The Chiefs didn't get their second first down until the third quarter, right? Yes, the Eagles went into a prevent / containment defense late third Q, but this was a masterclass defensive performance.

Yeah, TTB! That’s gotta be awesome. You look like you’re set-up for 2 parades if you’re still kicking around the Philly area.

This one was a little bittersweet. My dad was a huge Eagles fan and he passed on Jan. 8th and we got to eat some White House subs and watch them beat the Cowboys in December right after Xmas when he decided he was done with dialysis and life in the nursing home. I wish he had been improving cause I would have watched that game with last night, but I knew he was making the choice he needed to make.

When they won last night, I didn’t go nuts. When someone asked way, I said I was thinking about my Dad. I miss him something terrible. Go Birds.
