Yeah, but he doesn’t have kids, so he gets to splurge on gadgets.
There are cheaper variants elsewhere, but yeah...

I wouldn't need the largest one and it wouldn't even be the splurge-iest kitchen related purchase I'd make either:

I'll try that first. But I'll eventually get one just because.

I roast them on my gas grill outside, and then into a paper bag to rest. Works great, and smells amazing.

Holy fuck, I went back to check, and that’s an actual quote from a review!

Bought my first grill a few months ago. I had an old hand-me-down that I frequently used with a cast iron flat top and decided to make the switch. Four burner Blackstone.

Cheesesteaks, hibachi, fried rice, smash burgers, and having the ability to cook veggies easily along with everything else has been the best part. So much easier to clean up than getting the stove inside messy and stinking up the house.

Well, not to mention that in this heat, not cranking up the oven is a blessing.

We grilled Alaskan king crab legs, kielbasa sausage and corn on the cob on Sunday... Side salad out of a bag and that's one of the easiest and tastiest meals we've had in a long time.

Back to the hatch chiles, found some at the store, roasted them last night then realized the kids have used all the rubber gloves so had to raw dog the peeling. Brutal. Didn't really feel it until I was like 75% of the way done then didn't not feel it until I went to bed and they're still a little sensitive today.

My mind was not absent at all during this period. It was well beyond anything I've felt from capsaicin before.

How often do you all replace your charcoal grates?

The one at the bottom? Never. It just slowly rusts away. The one at the top? Never. Just keep burning off the old stuff. Heard it was somehow hazardous to scrape off the old charred fat. Pretty sure I've got an extra from an old grill anyway. No way you can't find an old one for 5 bucks (free?) somewhere

I bought one that fits on my grill, plus goes over the Coleman stove for camping.
Did you see that ludicrous display last night?
