That sounds like something on your end maybe. Try killing your browser and reloading the page. Maybe even a phone reboot.

Thanks. I just loaded the iOS 18 software update. Maybe that is a factor.

Is anyone else having trouble with ESPN notifications? I don’t think I’ve gotten any for months.

I have notifications on in both Settings and the ESPN App. I’m getting notifications from other apps.

Delete the app from your device and then pull it back down.

Reboot and assess.

I'd love for the ability to login to ESPN on Chrome. For some reason it doesn't like my account, all the trouble shooting tips and nada.
Did you see that ludicrous display last night?

Adventures in Wordpress and GoDaddy. Wordfence suggested I remove malicious files so I do. My site breaks and I get an HTTP 500 error message. I contact GoDaddy, and work with them on chat forever (I love how it says "agent typing" for ten minutes and then they send you a one sentence answer). They can't fix it because of a corrupted file or some other bullshit and they recommend I connect with some service, which after I checked with them, is a GoDaddy Service. I can get this service for the low introductory price of $599 for 6 months. They then asked if I was happy with GoDaddy, which was a mistake as I told them that our site breaks way too often and everytime it does the solution is to pay GoDaddy more money. So I start googling looking for solutions and see a bunch of services being offered and then I start to play around with the file hosting and I see something about restore from backup. I do that and the site is back (luckily I have the site automatically backed up everyday), although Wordfence wants me to remove those malicious files again.

I would think suggesting restore from backup should be like the next thing GoDaddy suggests after asking if the computer is plugged in.

Then an hour later, the credit card company said we got charged $160 from some company we never heard of for our website even though I didn't approve anything. It looks like my boss got that fixed, but my guess is the customer support guy didn't like some of my comments and ratings so he tried to sneak in a charge.

Screw GoDaddy.

See if you can get someone from Wordfence on the phone.

Been having an issues with my computer; whenever I bring it out of sleep mode, the disk runs at 100% and everything stalls. After 1-5 minutes, it'll run smooth. I disabled Windows Search function, and that seemed to immediately solve the problem. Is there any reason I need Windows Search running? Reddit threads list online programs that work better and use less disk space, but is there any reason to install a new program?
