Omar Gonzales transferred from LA Galaxy to Pachua. Omar had the position of "Core Player" or something like that. So that should free up some DP type money for a new signing (or giving a player a raise and not impact the salary cap).
So is moving to Liga MX a step up or sideways? It is not like going to Europe, but the Liga MX Americans are not the core of the USMNT.

I think the reason not that many MNT players play in Mexico has more to do with their comfort and desire to build the national league - and that MLS is good enough even if not as good as Liga MX.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.
