I Love This Game! NBA 2022-23

Tip-off tonight. Looking forward to seeing how Dray and Poole react during the ring ceremony (during a commercial on Twitter, obviously, as I'll be glued to something else).

Pat Spencer, Baltimoron and Lacrosse Star, did not make the Warriors. Lots of nice words from Kerr, but not enough to make the roster.

Really excited to see the progress of the Rockets. Won't be anywhere close to the play-in, but I expect they'll be a lot of fun to watch.

Dude, what's worse? The shimmy and brick or the Smart Slip N Slide?

Like WTF.

Edit

Also, there needs to be a Key and Peele skit on the extravagance of championship rings at this point.

The irony of that quote is I bet I'd be a lot more into the Knicks had they gotten the 2nd pick which would have led to sleepless nights for me ... during west coast games. Wow.

As we all expected, the Jazz are 3-0.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.

League Pass for only $100 this year is a steal too

It's either $100 for the whole year in one shot...or $15 a month for 12 months? ($180)

And what's funny is the student discount is 40% off...the monthly rate. Which is actually $8 more than the yearly rate, when computed.

So I should just get it, huh?

Seem like 80% might be considered usury.

The Nets/Grizzlies game had big April in October energy.

Durant and Irving each had 37. Bane and Ja each had 38. Grizzlies won 134-124. Just a tremendously fun game played with a ton of intensity.

Even more clever? He does this a lot with the slow ball roll-in and waiting to pick it up because when it is outside of two minutes left in the game the game clock runs but the shot clock doesn't start until offense touches the ball. So in that video, with Grizzlies up 6 and 4:22 left left roughly he drained like 20 seconds of game clock and shortened the game in the process.

This is both:

a) an ingenious play that doesn’t rise to the level of questionable gamesmanship, and

b) a point in favor of the Elam Ending.
