Scottie, where do you see that icon? I'm guessing it's different, depending on which look-and-feel you chose? I'm using the blue swamp and I see a different icon up top. This one: http://sportsfrog.net/phpbb/styles/subsilver2/imageset/site_logo.gif It looks like it's the same name, so we would just ...

That was interesting. Obviously, it's more useful if you've read the comics, but even if not, I think it gives you a good taste of what they're like. If you like the show, you'll like the comics. They're better written, I think. I bit darker, but also a bit more self-consistent.

Well that puts a bit of a damper on the Charles Ramsey gold. So does being a convicted felon . See, this is an aspect of modern media I could do without. Why does this matter to this story? Sure, this guy could be a dirtbag, but he answered the call of a stranger calling for help. He's not Superman...

Yeah, that's a hell of a long career for a speed position. When the Barbers were at UVA, Ronde was good first - immediately, actually, I think he made the freshman All-American team. Throughout his career, he was sort of like Deion - teams just didn't throw to his half of the field. Later, as Tiki b...

I thought it looked really fake when I saw Clash of the Titans in the theater a million years ago. I still thought it was cool though.

And yeah, that skeleton scene was really well done though. Much better than Clash.

There are different broods that emerge at different intervals (always prime numbers of years, I believe). There will be some cicadas every year, but in some years you get a LOT. I think the 17-year brood that emerges this year is a particularly large one.

He made it sound like he knew at the time, and that his teammates knew at the t...

Two observations about the George Jones Pandora radio station : 1. There's a lot of crappy country music. Just really lame, sappy, tinkly-piano kind of ballad crap. Luckily a few downvotes of Alan Jackson and the like have made it much better. 2. Of the remaining stuff, about one in four songs name ...
